I planted four different pepper plants, three chile peppers and one bell pepper.
The chile pepper plants took a while but eventually produced a lot of peppers. These were great on salads and other foods, not too spicy. But they were spicy enough that you couldn’t eat a lot at one time. Jenny pickled a bunch. Those were (are!) delicious.
The bell pepper provided a whopping ONE pepper. It was delicious but I was hoping to get a little more than that.
Growing these was easy enough. The only thing to note is that the peppers could use some physical support. As they grew they eventually fell over to the weight of the peppers. Attaching them to a two foot pole worked to keep them upright.
